SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
STORE PICKUP - 145 MAIN ST, SOUTHAMPTON, NY
- Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Friday, from 11am - 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
WAREHOUSE PICKUP - 118 RAILROAD AVE, PATERSON, NJ
- Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Friday, from 1pm - 3pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
- Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order before 5pm (Tuesday - Friday) using UPS or Fedex, with tracking information provided. If received after 5pm the order will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed over weekends or on holidays will be processed within the next 3 business days of our receipt of order.
- We do not currently ship outside of the 48 contiguous states
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $500.
LOCAL DELIVERY
- During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option.
- Click the "Continue to Shipping" button.
- Free local delivery is available for orders over $250 within a 10 mile radius of both of our store locations.
- For orders under $250, there is a $75 for local delivery charge.
- Orders placed after 11am during store hours will be delivered the following business day.
- When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email.
- We will contact you via text message at the phone number that you provided at checkout to notify you of your approximate delivery time.
RETURN POLICY
All Items are considered final sale.
If you have an issue with an item and would like to inquire about a return please email [email protected]. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
